The hotel's enchanting atmosphere and compassionate staff at the reception desk were great. The central location was very convenient, with eateries and pubs close by. The restaurant served nice breakfast with wonderful dishes.

The rooms where airy and en suite, had safe for safety. The venue was in a very central location right by `` The Mall '' -the walking strip of Alice Springs, and shops and cafe/restaurants. It also was far away from that area.

my recent stay in alice springs was a pleasant surprise - stay at made me feel at home with their friendly staff and convenient location in the heart of town. the spacious rooms and comfortable beds were a welcome treat, and having a mini-bar was a great added bonus for longer stays.

Being central to shops/cafes/art galleries is huge plus, especially when you have no vehicle.

I stay often, would love a dvd in room. Alice isn't particularly safe to be on streets after dark so a dvd player would giver more choice than the movie channel, which is fairly restrictive in content and time frames.

Very good location within Alice and excellent restaurant.

External security not the best, window balcony is accessible from all rooms and should be more private. Room iron was dirty and ironing board in poor condition.

Coffee/tea making machines and a kettle available in the standard double room. Pleasant views, magnificent location so close to cafes shops bars, the mall and good food and book shops, and various areas.

This place had an excellent location and was very convenient for dining and shopping, with a lovely restaurant serving tasty breakfast dishes.

Convenient location close to shops, Red Ochre, and main hub. Incredible and magnificent location away from the mall. Plenty of food available at the attached restaurant. Had a totally nice stay during our visit

This hotel is in a great location, right in the centre of the shopping area and with direct access onto Todd Mall. The rooms, although in need of a renovation, still provide a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the pricing is reasonable for the area.

Close to shops and restaurants etc, which was great, as I did not have a car. Staff were friendly and helful, and gave fast service with a friendly manner. My room was quiet and comfortable. The bed was great.

The location is marvellous and absolutely perfect, with garden views. The hotel is conveniently situated not far from the shopping centre and other shopping areas, plazas, food outlets, and facilities in Alice Springs.

it was a fantastic time staying at this nice hotel. exceptional service, although a few employees were extremely unhelpful. had hearty breakfasts with reasonable prices.

Well, the area was quite dirty overall.
